ERASMUS+ PROJECT: ONLINE MEETING FOR DISSEMINATION PURPOSES.
An online meeting was successfully held on Wednesday 3rd June, 2020 in order to disseminate the results of the Erasmus+ European project. The title of the project is “Innovation and Mobile Learning” (2018-1-EL01-KA229-047747_1) and Esperino Gymnasio – L.T. Karditsas was the coordinating school. The project is approved by IKY and funded by the European Union.
The meeting was held though Webex net meeting tool. Greetings were addressed by the Coordinators of Educational Work, Mr Diamantis Nikolaos amd Mrs Batsila Marianthi. On behalf of the Secondary Education Directorate of Karditsa, a greeting was addressed by Mrs Georgia Karagianni, Supervisor of Educational issues.
The student of the school, Ms Paraskevi Katsiakiori presented the objectives of the project and the activities taken place during the student and teacher mobilities in the partner countries (Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Turkey and Italy). The headmaster of the school, Mr Loukas Ilias, set the goal of the online conference and talked about the contribution of mobile learning to the educational procedure, as well as the activities and tools that were used for the dissemination of the project results. Finally, the teachers of the school, Mr George Tsiardakas and Mrs Kalliopi Pappou described their experience of the mobility and presented a comparison of the educational systems of the countries they had visited. The participants made questions through the chat room and at the end of the meeting. Mrs Athanasia Krikoni, teacher of English Literature, was responsible for the coordination of the meeting and the presentation of the speakers. The students of our school attended the event following every safety measures according to health instructions.
